TripleCrown is a water-based cleaner that cleans and etches concrete in one simple step. It also cleans pavers and brick.

Apply with low-pressure, hand pump sprayer
Allow to work on the surface for 2-4 hours. Allow longer time for stubborn stains.
Rinse with pressure, using an abundance of water if around vegetation.
